Trendafoot Spotlight

The next album we are presenting under the spotlight is from a hard rockin’, threepiece.
This time, we are heading to Italy, to show off something that’s a bit heavier than
our previous entry. “Fragments” is the latest effort from The Black Crown, which is the
from the mastermind, Paolo Navarretta, along with Fulvio Di Nocera and Scott Haskitt.
Although this album was released earlier this month, it still deserves to be showcased in
the Trendafoot Spotlight. This album has 90s rock written all over it. Refusing to hold
any punches, “Fragments” unleashes the harsh sounds of 90s hard, progressive rock,
but adds a modern bend to their sound. The quality on this album is of a really high
calibre, sounding just like the big men in the industry. Every element on this album is
spot on; the vocals, songwriting, drums, guitars, everything. Never letting up on the gas
pedal, the new album from The Black Crown delivers something that rock fans will love
to add to their collection. Mixing things up just enough to not get repetitive, but still
maintaining that crushing, hard rock sound, “Fragments” by The Black Crown is a must
listen, must buy for rock fans. Excellent stuff from this Italian trio.
